Out of the Body Experiences – Celia Green
I was travelling on the bus to the office. I was sitting on a seat near to the window; no one else was sitting beside me.
After we had travelled some of the way, I suddenly found myself standing in the gangway of the bus looking at myself sitting on the seat. I remember thinking to myself 'That is how other people see me'. Then my conscious mind said 'You are nearly at your bus stop, and by that I was back in my body again.
I spent a great deal of time trying to recall how this incident came about. I know when I first got on the bus of thinking to myself that I am inclined to tense myself up to meet situations which are in front of me. I insisted to myself that I make an effort to relax – and instead of travelling with the bus I let the bus take me
