On Monday morning early went to my cell.

Was told at sixty-three, 'This is your path, hearing it, I knew

Above ground, fellow believers all mourned,
The world echoed loudly to cries of "My Sultan”
So true Sufis finding Haqq, intensified their practice,
Descending, I grieved, oh Mustafa, Yes, I.

Bidding farewell to the world I stepped inside my cave,
Scorning the light of day, falling in love with God,
Performing Zikr, died alone and alone I burned,
Descending, I grieved, oh Mustafa, Yes, I.

Reading Ta-Ha standing upright all night long,
Reading prayers by night and-fasting by day.
In my .underground .cell my time was spent thus,
Descending, I grieved, oh Mustafa, Yes, I.

Over sixty days and nights I ate but once a day,
Praying till morning, sending greetings,
At sixty-three, I no longer live,
Descending, I grieved, oh Mustafa, Yes, I.

The spirit of Haqq Mustafa visited, I became Imam,
My servants were angels in my cell,
I wept a lot then Haqq Mustafa rewarded me,
Descending, I grieved, oh Mustafa, Yes, I.
